Your order will ship within 5 to 7 business days (Monday – Friday excluding holidays) from the time you place your order. In order to conserve resources, we reuse shipping boxes and packaging materials, so please do not be surprised to receive your order in a used box.
You should receive an email confirmation from Elementa Inc. the day your order ships. This should contain your tracking number which you should keep for your records.
Elementa Inc. offers a pick-up option for larger (bulk) orders. Please contact customer service at (310)923-5059 for information regarding pickup.
Same-day shipping is available for rush orders received before 11:00 am. An additional $20 fee per each SKU will be added to the invoice. Orders received after 11:00 am will not be considered a rush order and will be processed the next day. Please contact customer service for more information at (310) 923-5059.
Minimum order with a subtotal (before shipping and tax) of $50.00 is required, as it is not sustainable for us to process orders below this amount.
Out of Stock Policy
Some items may be out of stock when ordered. We will notify you if they are out of stock; you may either change and/or cancel your order.
Cancellation requests or order changes must be submitted by email at email@example.com , or phone at (310)923-5059. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been shipped. If an order has already been sent to the warehouse, we cannot guarantee a cancellation. Orders are shipped 1- 2 business days after order confirmation.
Return or Exchange Policy
We are temporarily suspending all product returns/exchanges until further notice due to the Coronavirus pandemic. While we understand this is an inconvenience, we are making this temporary policy change for the health and safety of our clients and staff.
Any damaged products or order discrepancies should be communicated within 5 business days of receipt. Elementa Inc. will notify you of their decision to replace the item, refund or issue credit for the damaged product. We require images of the damaged items to show our supplier or shipping carrier. If part or all of your shipment was missing or damaged, and you do not contact us within 5 business days of delivery date, we cannot guarantee any compensation for damages or loss. Any items returned to us due to incorrect address, refused shipment or repeated unsuccessful deliveries, will be treated as a standard return and subject to shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee. Customer assumes responsibility for the completeness of order at the time of receipt. All transit damage claims must be filed with the shipping company if private shipping was arranged.

Elementa Inc. accepts all major credit cards. Client agrees that transactions processed on this site represent an offer to buy merchandise. Elementa Inc. has the right to refuse any order and refund any credit card payments for any reason. These reasons may include but are not limited to concern about credit card fraud, inventory availability, and/or excess shipping charges not already in a transaction. The billing address on our website must match the billing address associated with the card you are using for payment. Otherwise, your payment may be rejected. Charges are billed to your credit card after an order is submitted online. You will be charged for the total order at the time of checkout, even if your items will be shipped at several different times.
Elementa Inc. will collect the appropriate sales tax upon check out.
Occasionally, inventory may be temporarily out of stock. In the case of a backorder, we will contact you to inform you of the extended lead time and the status of your order. Additional Shipping Charges
You agree that we may charge any excess shipping surcharges to your method of payment as a result of appropriate address corrections made by the carriers. These may include residential or lift gate surcharges in cases in which the client has selected a lower cost shipping method for which they do not meet the criteria. We will make reasonable attempts to mitigate the need for this, negotiate to reduce them, and contact you in advance of making any charges. Shipping charges on custom orders will vary.
Privacy & Security
We ship via FedEx Ground, UPS or USPS. If shipping to a residential address, we will ship your items via FedEx Home Delivery. Because Residential Deliveries are sent without a signature requirement, we have little to no recourse when disputing lost packages. If sent to a commercial address, a signature will be required for proof of delivery. Large pallet-sized orders will ship in 1-5 business days. Our orders are trackable and a tracking number will be sent to you upon your order shipping.
