These compostable PLA lids for our fiber 5 compartment compostable bento boxes are fully compostable (certified BPI) and made from PLA bioplastic. They wil fully compost in 2-4 months in a commercial composting facility. They are freezer safe but not microwavable. They are derived from U.S. grown plants. Store out of direct sunlight in a cool place.
