These clear compostable clamshells by World Centric are made from PLA bioplastic derived from US grown corn, not petroleum. They are better for the environment, and certified biodegradable by BPI. They are light and strong as plastic and are designed for stackability. They can handle food temperatures of up to 110 degrees.
Store out of direct sunlight in a cool place. Not microwavable.
